Une Egyptienne ?g?e de trente-et-un ans a succomb?, mardi soir, au virus de l'influenza aviaire H5N1, commun?ment appel? ?grippe aviaire?, dans la province de Gizeh, ? l?ouest du Caire, a annonc? le minist?re ?gyptien de la Sant?.
Dans un communiqu? officiel, le minist?re a indiqu? que la jeune femme ?tait la dixi?me victime, en Egypte, depuis le d?but de la nouvelle ann?e, portant le nombre total de d?c?s dus ? la grippe aviaire dans le pays, depuis 2006, ? quatre-vingt-quatre.
Deux nouveaux cas d?infection ont ?galement ?t? enregistr?s au Caire et dans la province d'al-Charqiya, a ajout? le communiqu?.
