Selon les donn?es du R?seau des GROG - semaine 2011/44, du lundi 31 octobre au dimanche 6 novembre 2011 :

- La fr?quence des infections respiratoires aigu?s vues en m?decine de premier recours actuellement reste modeste pour cette p?riode de l?ann?e.

- Les indicateurs d?activit? sanitaire GROG restent ? des valeurs basses pour cette p?riode de l?ann?e.

- Les d?tections et isolement de virus grippaux sont tr?s rares.

- On observe une augmentation des bronchiolites ? VRS (Virus Respiratoire Syncytial) du jeune enfant, notamment en France nord.

- Cette situation n?est pas inhabituelle ? cette p?riode de l?ann?e. N?anmoins, la circulation de virus grippaux peut s?intensifier ? tout moment, c?est pourquoi il ne faut pas attendre pour vacciner les personnes ? risque.

- La situation reste calme sur le front des infections respiratoires aigu?s en France m?tropolitaine.

- Quelques cas sporadiques, import?s ou autochtones sont ? nouveau signal?s en m?decine ambulatoire et ? l'h?pital.
Les deux types de grippe A et B se partagent l?origine de ces cas.
A ce stade de la surveillance, il est difficile de pr?dire quel virus circulera de fa?on majoritaire cette saison ni ? quelle date la circulation grippale va s?intensifier.

- L??pid?mie de bronchiolite ? VRS s??tend dans toute la France.

- La circulation de virus grippaux pouvant s?intensifier ? tout moment, c?est le moment de vacciner les personnes ? risque et ceux qui les soignent.

Selon les donn?es du R?seau des GROG - semaine 2011/47, du lundi 21 novembre au dimanche 27 novembre 2011 :

- Les infections respiratoires aigu?s restent ? un niveau bas pour la saison malgr? une l?g?re progression.

- Des cas sporadiques de grippe A et B continuent d??tre d?tect?s en m?decine ambulatoire et aux urgences des h?pitaux.

- Les Virus Respiratoires Sycytiaux (VRS) sont devenus ?pid?miques.

- Les rhinovirus et les m?tapneumovirus sont ?galement tr?s actifs.

- La circulation de virus grippaux pouvant s?intensifier ? tout moment, il reste opportun de vacciner les personnes ? risque et ceux qui les soignent.

Selon les donn?es du R?seau des GROG - semaine 2011/48, du lundi 28 novembre au dimanche 4 d?cembre 2011 :

- Les indicateurs d?activit? sanitaire relev?s par les vigies GROG sont en hausse modeste mais r?guli?re depuis trois semaines.

- La situation reste calme sur le front de la grippe en France. Les d?tections de grippe sont toujours sporadiques.

- Cette situation n?est pas inhabituelle et la grippe n?est pas ? en retard ?. Au cours des quinze saisons pr?c?dentes, le franchissement du seuil ?pid?mique du R?seau des GROG est survenu apr?s le quinze d?cembre ? six reprises, dont une fois au mois de f?vrier.

- L?activit? ?pid?mique du Virus Respiratoire Syncytial (VRS) s??tend. Le nombre des bronchiolites du nourrisson vues en m?decine g?n?rale et en p?diatrie augmente r?guli?rement depuis plusieurs semaines.

Selon les donn?es du R?seau des GROG - semaine 2011/49, du lundi 5 d?cembre au dimanche 11 d?cembre 2011 :

- Les indicateurs d?activit? sanitaire relev?s par les vigies GROG sont en hausse modeste mais r?guli?re depuis trois semaines.

- La grippe reste discr?te : quelques cas de grippe sont signal?s en m?decine ambulatoire et ? l?h?pital.

- L??pid?mie de bronchiolite du nourrisson se poursuit, les d?tections de Virus Respiratoire Syncytial (VRS) sont toujours en hausse dans toutes les r?gions de France m?tropolitaine.

- D?autres agents infectieux respiratoires comme le m?tapneumovirus, le rhinovirus et le mycoplasme sont ?galement actifs. Ils sont actuellement la principale cause des IRA vues par les vigies GROG.

Selon les donn?es du R?seau des GROG - semaine 2011/50, du lundi 12 d?cembre au dimanche 18 d?cembre 2011 :

- Les indicateurs d?activit? sanitaire relev?s par les vigies du R?seau des GROG poursuivent leur hausse, m?me si elle reste modeste.

- La fr?quence des consultations pour Infection Respiratoire Aig?e (IRA) est en augmentation tr?s progressive depuis quatre semaines en France m?tropolitaine.
Cet indicateur reste ? des valeurs plut?t basses r?guli?rement observ?es ? cette p?riode de l?ann?e.

- Des cas de grippe sont signal?s dans un nombre de plus en plus important de r?gions.
Ces cas restent peu nombreux, mais un peu plus fr?quents en PACA.

- Le virus grippal A semble s?installer peu ? peu.

- Il est difficile de pr?dire comment cette p?riode de vacances scolaires et de r?unions familiales va influencer la circulation des virus grippaux.

Selon les donn?es du R?seau des GROG - semaine 2011/51, du lundi 19 d?cembre au dimanche 25 d?cembre 2011 :

- La fr?quence des consultations pour Infection Respiratoire Aigu? (IRA) augmente progressivement en France m?tropolitaine.

- Les d?tections de virus grippaux augmentent peu ? peu.
Le virus grippal A(H3N2) est maintenant plus souvent d?tect? que les autres virus grippaux.

- L??pid?mie de bronchiolite du nourrisson li?e au Virus Respiratoire Syncytial (VRS) se poursuit mais semble atteindre son pic.

- D?autres agents infectieux respiratoires (m?tapneumovirus, rhinovirus, mycoplasme notamment) restent actifs.
