  • GISAID Sequences

    There have been 23 new released sequences, with the majority being from New Zealand and Australia.

    From a variety of areas, 9 are noted as "Fatal". Among these, I saw no mutations at D225 nor any cross-linked syn413K and syn407V.

    In all 23, there is one sequence with D225N but it is not noted as "Fatal".

    ahh, NZ,AUS now also submitting to GISAID. (earlier Japan,...)

    remembering the big flu-sequencing project 1999-2005 : NY,NZ,AUS

    .......but also cheaper sequencing, so I assume more public
    sequences nevertheless, but concentrated like now we have concentration
    to Texas,New York,Wisconsin,Singapore with ******

    many partials from Mexico,Spain
