Ulaanbaatar/6133 2009-10-29, 25M, Nasal Swab
Ulaanbaatar/6266 2009-10-29, 8M, Nasal Swab

All have HA syn413K like the PF11 Ukraine and Russia, but no NA segments are available for completion of the cross segment linkage. 5 of the 6 Mongolia sequences on GenBank carry this change. Mongolia also shows a syn482V. HKsw78 H1N2 from 2003 carries both silent changes, syn413K and syn482V that have spread across Mongolia.
