Gs has posted some great tables with the RBD changes seen in all the pamdemic flu sequences plus many (or most/all) of the Influenza A's.
Here's a brief explanation of his tables:
The letters are the amino acids located in the RBD; notice in the example the number/series of his little dots coincide with the letters. This dot example is Ekaterinburg/01/2009 and this one has an "R" at the Q226 position that just recently was discussed in connection with D225.

I was curious about the GVTAA domain since I hadn't seen that discussed much; so I put together this example of how the amino acids change when there are changes in the nucleotides:
GVTAA ggt gta acg gca gca no mutations
GATAA ggt gca acg gca gca Wisconsin/629-D02064
GITAA ggt ata acg gca gca Indiana/09
GVTTA ggt gta acg aca gca Wisconsin/629-D01445
GVTVA ggt gta acg gta gca New York/12 EPI179286
GVTXA ggt gta acg gya gca New York/12 EPI177391
Here's the list of the amino acids and the nucleotides:
A: GCT, GCC, GCA, GCG (Alanine,Ala)
R: CGT, CGC, CGA, CGG, AGA, AGG (Arginine,Arg)
