No age, gender, patient status, vaccination status or outbreak metadata was provided.

Apparently the United States also failed to forecast and prepare for the flu epidemic this year. Only two weeks into this season that has been deemed "normal" and the nation is already in material or logistic shortage of the key arsenal element.
