  • Updatable human cases homology database

The thread about the vaccinal analysis is now dense and heavy.

I just start this thread to archive the updatable human cases homology database.
This is just an archive, so if you want discussion about just go there

Every time a new human case sequence will be available, I will uptade the database and present the homology with the pandemic vaccinal strains here.

There is a lot of unknown about the recent chinese and indonesian strain identity so future will tell.

All the cases are related to the indonesian vaccine (ooof!)

        There is two distinct clades:

        - One is around 97% related to the indo vax strain(coloured in green) and haved RERRRKKR as cleavage site.
        - The other is more than 99% related to the indonesian strain and it is the more oftenly found (coloured in yellow) and haved the RESRRKKR cleavage site.

A/Indonesia/CDC329/2006 have Q222R (Q226R in H3 numbering) wich is in the receptor binding site.

ID:	647787Note this one haved been corrected

          Note:

A/Indonesia/536H/2006 is of the RERRRKKR clade
A/Indonesia/321H/2006 is of the RESRRKKR clade
A/Indonesia/177H/2005 is of the RESRRKKR clade

Thoses sequences where only short partial sequences.
I thinks they are too short to show us a relevant homology %.
However, they clearly belong to one of the two clades in presence.

Funny, more human sequences have been released in the last 24H than in the last two year before.
