If you like to look for sequences, mutation, and alignement comparison you'll be pleased to discover this powerfull and FREE tool.
We use it in our la to do professionnal work.
Align multiples sequences by one click,
Traduce a ADN or ARN sequence to the protein form with ease.

The Los alamos Flu Sequence Databank.
A most complete Flu Sequence Databank.
The one used by Dr.Niman to look for donnor sequences.

If it is the tool I think it is, I have used it previously to generate phylogenic trees from released sequence data.

Thank you both,
Neither of them are the sites I had used before, which I think was to a european university, but the Bioedit program looks like it may do the same job. I will try it latter when I have some data I want to play with.
