      looks like another recombination in the PB1 from Nigeria !

      The first part (~800 Nucleotides) is from A/Ck/Henan/12/2004(H5N1)

      repeating the best matches for the 8 segments from above:

        the recombined virus is in 4 different pika viruses from 4 different locations !


        they should let some foreign team+lab redo the pika sampling
        and confirm the sequences.

        It's important enough.
        Too bad that we already lost 2 years due to the publishing delays
