A SOUTH Wales man has died of swine flu after he was admitted to hospital on Christmas Eve.
Huw Bryant, from Merthyr Tydfil, became the latest victim of the H1N1 virus when he died two weeks later on January 8.
Mr Bryant, who was thought to be in his late 30s, was taken to hospital on December 24, where it became clear he had contracted the disease
At the family home in Gwilym Terrace, Merthyr Tydfil, his mother, Arlene Bryant, described him as a ?very private man who would be greatly missed?.
