A NEW mum struck down with swine flu was fighting for life in a coma last night.

Ashleigh Morrison, 24, was put in the medically-induced state in hospital after she gave birth to daughter Elise.

The newborn tot was taken away from her mum immediately after the emergency caesarian section - to stop her catching the potentially fatal virus...
