According to the Center for Influenza and SARS State Institution "Ukrainian Center for Disease Control and monitoring of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine," the incidence of influenza and SARS do not exceed the epidemic threshold and range from -2.0% to -78 in Khmelnytsky, 5% in Ivano-Frankivsk.

During the reporting week with flu and SARS ill person 152 161, of which 66.9% were children under 17 years. The incidence of influenza and SARS (total) population of Ukraine is 37.3 per 10 thousand population, the same as last week.

The highest incidence of influenza and ARI recorded in Kyiv - 70.4, the lowest - in Kharkiv region - 14.9 to 10 thousand. People.

During the reporting week, the entire hospital 5188 people, which is 4.1% more than last week, of which 76.5% were children under 17 years. Deaths among patients with influenza and SARS have been reported.

During the reporting week 47 influenza and SARS ill 160 880 people, of which 67.7% are children under 17 years. The incidence of influenza and SARS (total) population of Ukraine is 37.4 per 10 thousand people, which is 0.3% in the previous week.

The highest incidence of influenza and ARI recorded in Kyiv - 70.6, the lowest - in Lugansk (with available data) and Kharkiv - respectively 9.5 and 14.6 to 10 thousand. Population.

During the reporting week all hospitalized 5 278 persons (3.3%), which is 1.7% more than last week, of which 75.6% were children under 17 years. Deaths among patients with influenza and SARS have been reported.

During the reporting week were vaccinated against the flu 21,615 people, which is 50.0% more than in the past. Since the beginning of the epidemic season vaccinated 67,224 people. Proportion of children vaccinated against influenza is 21%.

In Vinnitsa, Volyn and Transcarpathian regions exceeded the epidemic threshold is marked according to 33.0; 44.5 and 18.4%. In order to prevent further growth of influenza and SARS in cities and districts introduced measures epidemic period under "Comprehensive Plan of Action against influenza in 2014-2015 years."
