    (Adds details from Baden hospital)

ZURICH, April 30 (Reuters) - Switzerland confirmed on Thursday its first case of swine flu, saying a young man returning from Mexico had tested positive for the dangerous virus which has claimed more than 150 victims.

"Yes, we can confirm it," Jean-Louis Zurcher, a spokesman for the Swiss Federal Health Department, said when asked whether he could confirm that Switzerland had its first case of swine flu.

The Swiss cantonal hospital of Baden, a town 25 kilometres north of Switzerland's biggest city, Zurich, said the man had checked in with flu symptoms after returning from Mexico and had later tested positive for the H1N1 virus.
