    Summary
    Most monitoring systems also show this week for a season, normal, low activity. The sentinel reporting, we see an increased level of influenza-like illness, but this is likely due to other viruses now circulating. While the rest of Scandinavia and Europe, the activity remained low.
    ...
    1 A/H1N1pdm09 positive from 242 samples
    Sentinels reporting low ILI activity 4.9/100,000

                        google translated;
                        Influenza Report for Week 1, 2014
                        Report on the current state of bacteria. The report was published on 9 January 2014.

                        Flu has grown slowly over the past three weeks. Winter Break Erna seems as usual to have decreased activity and even the mild weather may have had a dampening effect. So far, the spread has been most notable in the North and influenza A (H1N1) pdm09 has dominated. Now that many are returning to work and school, we can expect an acceleration of influenza spread. If the cold comes to southern Sweden, it can increase the spread further.

                        The trend thus indicates that we risk a relatively large spread of A (H1N1) pdm09 in the coming weeks. The risk of severe pneumonia in young, especially in the risk groups, are higher for this virus than other flus, and therefore it is important and urgent that people in risk groups get vaccinated.

                          Influenza Report for Week 2, 2014
                          Report on the current flu situation. This report was published on 16 January 2014.

                          Monitoring systems are now showing the same levels of influenza activity before the Christmas and New Year holidays. Yet, the spread does not really taken off, so it's not too late to get vaccinated. Our analyzes show that the strains circulating in Sweden agrees well with the strains in the seasonal vaccine. The protection of a vaccination can therefore be expected to be good. People of any age who belong to a risk group ( link ) should be vaccinated.

                            Influenza Report for Week 3, 2014
                            Report on the current flu situation. This report was published on 23 January 2014.

                            All systems that estimate how many people have flu-like illness increased between weeks 2 and 3. However, the number of cases of laboratory confirmed influenza decreased slightly. This suggests that flu symptoms right now often have other causes than just the flu and that the epidemic is not taken off yet. How the season will evolve can not predict, but the flu usually peak in February-March.

                              Influenza Report for Week 4, 2014
                              Report on the current flu situation. The report was published on 30 January 2014.

                              During week 4 were influenza activity remained low and virtually unchanged from the previous week. Influenza A (H1N1) pdm09 still dominate. The small number of cases suggests that any peak will be late. After last year's intense season, we hope that this season will be calmer and that the peak will be lower. Age distribution among influenza cases
