Influenza surveillance shows the level of influenza-like illness and number virusp?visninger at week 15 continued to go down. It is now influenza B dominate. The number of influenza A has been falling since mid-January, while influenza B first passed the peak in late February.
    Clinical monitoring
    ...
At week 15, 2013 was 0.7% of those who went to the doctor diagnosis of "influenza like illness" (ILI) (Figure 1 and Table 2). The activity is now [well below] 1.4% in all regions.
    ...
Preliminary laboratory reports (15 of 18 laboratories have reported) for week 15 suggests further decline in the incidence of both influenza A and B. The numbers in recent weeks is approximately halved compared to the week before Easter. Influenza B has since week 8 have been more numerous than influenza A. detections has now dropped to a level which indicates relatively low incidence of influenza virus (Figure 2 and Table 3). By week 15/2013, it reported earnings from 1396 samples analyzed for influenza virus. Among these samples examined have been found 55 influenza A and influenza B. 140 8 of influenza A viruses in week 14 is identified as A (H1) pdm09 and preliminary 1 as A (H3). The remaining 46 have not been subtypebestemt. While there are many laboratories that test for H1pdm09-subtype, only trying to come to Public Health tested for H3 subtype. Therefore H3 virus much more underreported than H1pdm09-virus and H3-testing occurs more afterwards. Nevertheless, it is clear that A (H1N1) virus pdm09-dominated nationwide during the main eruption. 710 (96%) of the 741 so far examined influenza B virus Yamagata group belongs. B virus in the winter flu vaccine also belongs to this group.
