    Number of cases of influenza A/H1N1 in Moldova reached 555

    November 12, Chisinau / Andriy Husin - learned. In Moldova, the total number of cases of influenza A/H1N1 has reached 555 people, were five cases of death, BelTA was told in the Ministry of Health of Moldova.

    According to the Ministry of Health, 88 cases of pandemic influenza has been confirmed only for the past day.

    All patients with influenza A/H1N1 receiving treatment in medical institutions of the country. Persons in contact with them, are under the supervision of doctors.

    Earlier, the Moldovan government to prevent the spread of the virus has extended holidays for pupils and students for a week, from 8 to 15 November. The Cabinet also recommended that parents should not divert children in kindergartens, and citizens to avoid travel to countries with an increased risk of influenza A/H1N1.

    All medical institutions in Moldova have been translated into work in quarantine mode because of the rapid spread of the virusa.-0 -
