In seven cases, the deceased persons did not present pre-existing risk conditions. In 28 (44%) cases the A / H1N1pdm09 virus was isolated, in 27 (43%) cases the B virus and in 9 (13%) A / non-subtyped virus cases.

- Of the serious cases reported, 60% male, with an average age of 62 (0-94), 87% had at least one predisposing risk condition complicating the clinical conditions (diabetes, tumors, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases chronic, etc.). Seven serious cases occurred in pregnant women. All cases were admitted to an Intensive and / or sub-intensive Therapy Unit (33 needed ECMO support and 165 were intubated).In 149 (47%) severe cases the A / H1N1pdm09 virus was isolated, in 4 (1%) cases the A / H3N2 virus, in 24 (8%) cases an A / non-subtyped virus and in 139 (44%) the B virus.
