    H1N1: two new deaths in Croatia and Bosnia, five in total
    ZAGREB - Croatia and Bosnia have each recorded a new death related to influenza virus H1N1, bringing to five the total balance in both countries these days, it was reported Tuesday to medical sources.

    A man aged 46 died at the hospital in Zagreb, said the National Institute of Public Health. The patient was obese and suffered from some chronic conditions, said a doctor told AFP.

    This is the third death recorded in Croatia since the end of December linked to the H1N1 influenza virus. The virus has been detected to date from around 300 people in Croatia.

    In neighboring Bosnia, the virus has won its second victim this winter, a man aged 55, died in Tuzla (northeast), said a spokesman for the hospital in the city.

    About twenty people showing symptoms of the flu virus H1N1 is currently hospitalized in Bosnia, Sarajevo, Tuzla and Banja Luka (north).

    The World Health Organization (WHO) had declared in August 2009 as the end of the pandemic influenza H1N1.
