BEOGRAD - Prilikom analize labuda uhvaćenog na jezeru kod Apatina pre dva dana izolovan je virus ptičjeg gripa. Laboratorijske analize pokazale su da je reč o komponenti virusa H5, ali još nije utvrđeno da li je u pitanju smrtonosna varijanta izazivača bolesti H5N1. Stručnjaci upozoravaju da je i to dovoljno veliki razlog za oprez države.

Dok u Upravi za veterinu pri Ministarstvu poljoprivrede i Veterinarskom specijalističkom institutu "Kraljevo", gde su labudovi testirani, negiraju postojanje opasnosti od ptičjeg gripa bez obzira na izolovani H5, ornitolozi tvrde da trenutna situacija mora da se shvati ozbiljno.

Zoran Debeljak, direktor kraljevačkog Veterinarskog instituta, potvrdio je za Kurir da je tokom prošlog vikenda urađeno desetak analiza na živim labudovima. Kod jednog su, kako Debeljak navodi, nađena antitela na komponentu virusa H5.

- Pre dva dana dobili smo rezultat da postoje antitela na deo virusa ptičjeg gripa H5 u serumu jedne ptice. Labudove smo testirali u okviru akcije pojačanog monitoringa, u okviru kojeg se sprovodi program uzorkovanja krvi kod živih ptica. Sve ptice od kojih je uzet materijal za analizu su zdrave, baš kao i ta kod koje su nađena antitela, pa nema mesta panici - kaže Debeljak.

Nenad Petrović, načelnik Centra za suzbijanje opasnih zaraza pri Ministarstvu poljoprivrede, takođe je potvrdio za Kurir da je kod labuda izolovana komponenta virusa ptičjeg gripa H5, ali da nema mesta nikakvoj panici jer "to nije zarazna varijanta".

- U toku je pasivni i aktivni nadzor divljih ptica u Srbiji. Cilj je da se one uhvate žive u što većem broju i da se izvrše potrebne analize. Na bazi toga procenjujemo rizik od ptičjeg gripa. Uginuća divljih ptica još nema. To što je kod labuda koji je u Srbiju došao iz Poljske nađena komponenta virusa H5 nije razlog za paniku jer je utvrđeno da se radi o niskopatogenom soju virusa ptičjeg gripa - kaže za Kurir Petrović.

Prema njegovim rečima, hvatanje živih ptica je retka praksa i dosad su je pre Srbije sprovele Engleska i Holandija.

Sa druge strane, ornitolog Vojislav Vasić, čija je ekipa stručnjaka do prošle godine snimala stanje na terenu za potrebe Ministarstva poljoprivrede, kaže za Kurir da nije na odmet biti oprezan.

- To što je H5 identifikovan je i krajnji domet kraljevačkog instituta. Uzorak bi trebalo da ode u neku evropsku referentnu laboratoriju radi otklanjanja sumnje na postojanje smrtonosnog soja ptičjeg gripa H5N1. Izolacija H5 deluje upozoravajuće. Ove godine izostao je veliki monitoring divljih ptica u Srbiji jer ministarstvo nije imalo sredstava za to - kazao je sagovornik Kurira. Na pitanje da li labud kod koga je utvrđeno prisustvo virusa ptičjeg gripa može da širi virus dalje, on je rekao da neke ptice imaju otpornost na bolest i mogu da je prenesu dalje, kao što je to slučaj kod divljih pataka.

Serbian is a southern slavonic language, similar to Croatian / Slovenian but using cyrillic alphabet as Bulagarian and Russian / Belarussian / Ukrain.

My understanding is that it is H5 and samples were sent to Weybridge. Usually Weybridge just gets H5N1 for confirmation.
