Re: Azerbaijani bird flu monitoring results announced

Just about this exact date last year, the first wild birds were found dead at the Araz Reservoir - at Naxivan. The dead birds were buried and the test reports never surfaced. A few (2-3) weeks later nearby Turkish domestic fowl started to die and the rest is history.

It's a comfort to see the Azirbaijan government keeping close tabs on the wild fowl.
