    Affected population On January 4th, a common buzzard (Buteo buteo) was found dead in R?rvig, municipality of Odsherred. On January 15th, the National Veterinary Institute confirmed highly pathogenic avian influenza virus (H5N6) in the sample from the common buzzard.
