    Bird flu returns

    A chicken that died in the village of Doğantepe in the Reşadiye district of Tokat was confirmed by the county's Directorate of Food, Agriculture and Animal Husbandry. It was determined that bird flu virus caused the chicken death. Following the identification of the Samsun Animal Research Hospital, the teams went to the village, quarantined the village and culled 90 chickens.
