To ease their wait, Carlos III Hospital allows patients to receive one visit per day in the afternoon. They also have an exercise program, in addition to available psychological and even religious support by the chaplain of the health center.
Rooms have a TV and they are allowed to be connected to the Internet, with their phones and laptops.
