427879 suspected (254323 in Central/South America, 1 in North America and 173555 in the Caribbean) and 93679 confirmed cases (87325 autochthonous transmission and 6326 travel related/imported cases) with 27649 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 48034 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 17996 confirmed cases in North America; at least 3786 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 117 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 01/05 January per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
