426069 suspected (252474 in Central/South America, 1 in North America and 173594 in the Caribbean) and 92130 confirmed cases (85888 autochthonous transmission and 6242 travel related/imported cases) with 27422 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 47992 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 16716 confirmed cases in North America; at least 3783 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 624 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 42/ 26 October per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
