424963 suspected (251368 in Central/South America, 1 in North America and 173594 in the Caribbean) and 91101 confirmed cases (84834 autochthonous transmission and 6267 travel related/imported cases) with 27149 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 47992 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 15960 confirmed cases in North America; at least 3688 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 619 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 38/ 21 September per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
