424805 suspected (251221 in Central/South America, 1 in North America and 173583 in the Caribbean) and 90822 confirmed cases (84634 autochthonous transmission and 6248 travel related/imported cases) with 27083 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 47990 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 15809 confirmed cases in North America; at least 3685 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 619 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 36/ 08 September per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
