423216 suspected (249940 in Central/South America, 1 in North America and 173275 in the Caribbean) and 88657 confirmed cases (82453 autochthonous transmission and 6204 travel related/imported cases) with 25522 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 47863 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 15272 confirmed cases in North America; at least 3483 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 617 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 32/ 10 August per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
