422033 suspected (248856 in Central/South America, 0 in North America and 173177 in the Caribbean) and 87784 confirmed cases (81627 autochthonous transmission and 6157 travel related/imported cases) with 24976 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 47792 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 15016 confirmed cases in North America; at least 3400 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 615 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 29/ 20 July per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
