421705 suspected (248530 in Central/South America, 0 in North America and 173175 in the Caribbean) and 87604 confirmed cases (81465 autochthonous transmission and 6139 travel related/imported cases) with 24873 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 47783 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 14948 confirmed cases in North America; at least 3393 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 612 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 28/ 13 July per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
