409374 suspected (240961 in Central/South America, 0 in North America and 168413 in the Caribbean) and 82395 confirmed cases (76211 autochthonous transmission and 6184 travel related/imported cases) with 22841confirmed cases in Central/South America, 45346 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 14208 confirmed cases in North America; at least 2807 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 593 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 13/ 30 March per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
