396310 suspected (237199 in Central/South America, 0 in North America and 159111 in the Caribbean) and 77671 confirmed cases (71862 autochthonous transmission and 5810 travel related/imported cases) with 21520 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 42446 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 13424 confirmed cases in North America; at least 2626 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 534 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 05/ 02 February per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
