313662 suspected (224721 in Central/South America and 88941 in the Caribbean) and 56548 confirmed cases (51840 autochthonous transmission and 4708 travel related/imported cases) with 18036 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 29567 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 8945 confirmed cases in North America; at least 2080 cases of microcephaly and 436 cases of GBS as well as 14 ZIKV associated deaths of 14 October per PAHO and national MOH http://www.paho.org/hq/index.php?opt...=36555&lang=en
