    Human cases: 3483 notified with 1794 discarded, 769 suspected, and 920 confirmed cases with 300 YFV associated fatalities reported by Brazil MOH as of 14 March; Non-Human Primate (NHP) cases: 4847 notified, 1085 discarded, 1422 suspected, 617 confirmed and 1723 "not determined" cases reported by Brazil MOH as of 14 March As in previous season, the southeast with Minas Gerais and Sao Paulo is the mostly affected area. Compared to the 2016-2017 YFV season, the number of confirmed cases and YFV associated fatalities is higher in the 2017-2018 when compared to EW 10/2017 although the number of suspected cases is lower in the 2017-2018. The mortality rate varies between 31.3% and 100% (average:50.75%).
