More migrants on Lampedusa, 634 arrived today, with a deceased woman

Migrants continue to flock toward Sicily Channel: in the last 24h a total of 634 individuals arrived. Three boats have been intercepted and rescued by Naval Forces. During late night yesterday, 420 people landed at the end of a complex rescue opeation. In an overcrowded boat, a young Syrian woman – likely a 21 year old – has been found dead, perhaps for the consequences of an untreated diabetes.
