Hand, foot and mouth disease has spread across the East Coast on several major college campus and has now found its way to JMU. According to Andrew Guertler, JMUís medical director, the University Health Center has seen 21 cases of the disease as of Monday. The number of students who have the disease on campus could be higher, however, since some may have gone off campus or chosen not to get treated.
