    OSTRANDER, Ohio -

    A mosquito-borne illness is putting people in Delaware County on edge as a suspected case of La Crosse Encephalitis has hospitalized one person.

    The Delaware General Health District is informing residents in the Ostrander area about the prevention of mosquito-borne disease after a resident was hospitalized with symptoms of La Crosse Encephalitis. ..
