In the Altai region of the tick bite affected 189 residents of Novosibirsk region, in the Tomsk region - 36 in the Kemerovo region - 32 persons.

The victims - residents of the city of Novosibirsk 79, 77 and 55 years of birth in one case, tick bite was recorded in Toguchin district of Novosibirsk region and the rest suffered bite denied. Against tick-borne viral encephalitis patients were not vaccinated, one patient carried an emergency prevention protivokleschevym immunoglobulin. Diagnoses were confirmed by the laboratory, the ELISA, the study PCR detected viral RNA.
