VDH: Confirmed case of measles in a child in NoVA

RICHMOND, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A preschool-aged child is Virginia’s second confirmed case of measles so far this year.
The Virginia Department of Health says the patient, who recently traveled internationally, lives in Northern Virginia.
Other people may have been exposed to the virus at the Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center Emergency Department and Executive Medicine Suite in Fort Belvoir between 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. to midnight on Jan. 9.
People may have also been exposed on a train that traveled through several neighboring states and Washington, D.C.
That train, the Amtrak Northeast Regional Train 175, went from William H. Gray III 30th Street Station in Philadelphia to Washington Union Station in D.C. between 9 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Jan. 7.
Additional potential exposure sites have been identified in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
