    Mumps cases in Oregon have spiked to their highest levels in a decade, part of a nationwide increase, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

    Oregon has 12 suspected mumps cases this year, the highest number since 22 cases in 2006, according to Oregon Health Authority statistics...
