تبدأ محافظة 6 أكتوبر بالتعاون بين مديريتى التربية والتعليم والصحة، فى تطعيم جميع تلاميذ المدارس بالمحافظة، اعتبارا من يوم الأحد المقبل، باللقاح المضاد لأنفلونزا الخنازير، ويبدأ التطعيم بتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية. وقال المحافظ فتحى سعد إنه سيتم تطعيم 36 ألفا و66 تلميذا وتلميذة بـ57 مدرسة تابعة لإدارة 6 أكتوبر التعليمية و36 ألفا و959 تلميذا وتلميذة بـ47 مدرسة تابعة لإدارة أبو النمرس التعليمية. وأصدر سعد تعليماته بمتابعة الخطة الموضوعة لتطعيم الطلاب والتلاميذ على مستوى المحافظة، وذلك بالتنسيق بين مديريتى الصحة والتربية والتعليم بالمحافظة، مؤكدا أنه تم توفير جميع الطعوم والمستلزمات اللازمة لذلك، وطمأن أولياء الأمور بأنه لا ينتج عن التطعيم أية مضاعفات وسيتوالى تطعيم باقى جميع طلاب المراحل التعليمية المختلفة على مستوى الإدارات التعليمية ما عدا تلاميذ رياض الأطفال.
