    He also stressed that the ministry in cooperation with the concerned authorities to take necessary action to curb the spread of HIV "h1n1" through the work of specialized committees and continues to train medical staff and technical and managerial capabilities to deal with the situation and developments, stressing that the establishment of this laboratory, equipped with the latest technologies adopted worldwide and modern medical equipment in the field of laboratories will save everyone the trouble of a long wait for the outcome of the result of sending samples abroad.


    The development of infrastructure in all health facilities operating in the Northern Emirates and remote areas is indispensable, as the ministry seeks to implement the directives of the wise leadership which has always stressed the need to provide health care services for all residents of the state of citizens and residents in various regions.


    Hanif pointed to the importance of the role of laboratories and laboratory tests that are the essential foundation for the development of curative services, which heavily depends on accurate diagnosis of diseases and the statement of curative doses needed to overcome the various diseases.
