طلب المهندس أمين أباظة، وزير الزراعة واستصلاح الأراضى، مراجعة خطة مكافحة مرض أنفلونزا الطيور مع المسئولين بهيئة الخدمات البيطرية وقطاع الثروة الحيوانية وأساتذة الفيروسات بكلية الطب البيطرى بجامعة القاهرة، بعد تزايد عدد حالات الاصابه بالمرض. تناقش اللجنة العليا لأنفلونزا الطيور في اجتماعها يوم 6 فبراير القادم برئاسة الدكتور حاتم الجبلي وزير الصحة وبحضور السيد امين اباظة وزير الزراعة واستصلاح الأراضي والدكتور ماجد جورج وزير البيئة والدكتور عبدالسلام المحجوب وزير التنمية المحلية والخبراء والفنيين في مجال مكافحة انفلونزا الطيور تصور الخطة الشاملة التي انتهت الهيئة العامة للخدمات البيطرية ومعهد بحوث صحة الحيوان من اعدادها للقضاء على انفلونزا الطيور في الدواجن خلال 3 سنوات قادمة. وصرح امين اباظة بأن تصور الخطة يتضمن تحديد مهام الجهات المعنية بمكافحة مرض انفلونزا الطيور والتي تتمثل في وزارات الصحة والداخلية والزراعة والوحدات المحلية والطب البيطري والمعامل الرقابية على الانتاج الداجن واصحاب المزارع.. وقال أن استراتيجية القضاء على انفلونزا الطيور تؤكد على اتخاذ اجراءات زمنية محددة للسيطرة على المرض وتحسين آليات التحصين وتحقيق الامان الحيوي لقطاع انتاج الدواجن. من جانبه قال الدكتور محمد مصطفى الجارحي رئيس الهيئة العامة للخدمات البيطرية أن تصور الخطة الشاملة التي تم رفعها للسيد امين اباظة لرفعها للجنة العليا لمكافحة انفلونزا الطيور تؤكد على الزام اصحاب المزارع بالتخلص الامن من النافق اليومي من الطيور بالحرق او الدفن او الكمبوست برميل بلا قاع او كمائن من الطوب يوضع بها النافق مع طبقة من نشارة الخشب وخلال شهر يتحول الى سماد خصب امن خالي من المسببات المرضية، والزام اصحاب المزارع بالإبلاغ الفوري عن حالات الاصابة لا قرب وحدة بيطرية لصرف التعويضات. Dr. Mustafa Garhi President of the General Authority for Veterinary Services, said the comprehensive plan include a focus on measuring immune system in 16 counties, which is characterized by the emergence of foci of infection or high in a crowded poultry industry and focus on the application of bio-safety. وقال انه لضمان سلامة تنفيذ الخطة الشاملة تم انشاء وحدة طوارئ بيطرية متخصصة لأنفلونزا الطيور بالتعاون وبدعم من منظمة الاغذية والزراعة الفاو بمقر الهيئة العامة للخدمات البيطرية ولها فروع في جميع محافظات الجمهورية وتزويد الاطباء البيطريين بها بجميع اجهزة الاتصال الحديثة للمتابعة الجادة وقد تم تزويد هذه الوحدات بنحو 2500 طبيب بيطري ويبحث حاليا بدعمها بألف طبيب بيطري آخر. من جانبها صرحت الدكتور منى محرز رئيس معهد بحوث صحة الحيوان بأن الخطة الشاملة اكدت على تحديد دور اتحاد منتجي الدواجن في الاخطار المنتظم والمستمر بإعداد وتوزيع واماكن تسكين الكتاكيت عمر يوم سواء كان التوزيع من الشركة مباشرة او من خلال مكاتب التوزيع وربط توزيع الكتاكيت بتطبيق الشروط الضرورية للأمان الحيوي والزام الشركات الكبيرة بفتح منافذ لبيع الطيور المبردة والمجمدة وتنشيط الدور الإرشادي خاصة لأصحاب المزارع الصغيرة بالإرشادات الموحدة للأمان الحيوي الصادرة عن الهيئة العامة للخدمات البيطرية وتوسيع دائرة العضوية في الاتحاد من خلال روابط للمربين على اختلاف نوعية وحجم الانتاج في جميع المحافظات. وأكدت الخطة على دور الهيئة العامة للخدمات البيطرية في متابعة تطبيق المعايير الضرورية للأمان الحيوي في المزارع ومتابعة الحالة الصحية للطيور والاشراف الفني على اعدام الطيور المصابة وابلاغ الجهات المختصة بحالات الاشتباه وتأكيد الاصابة للتعامل معها. وحددت الخطة دور وزارة الداخلية في تلقى بلاغات الاشتباه وقرارات الاغلاق للمزارع من مديريات الطب البيطري وتوفير الحراسة الكافية والمناسبة لسعة المزرعة بحيث لا تقل عن 2 من جنود الشرطة وخفير للمزرعة طوال مدة الحجر وحتى ورود النتيجة الايجابية بجانب تأمين عملية الاعدام بقوة مناسبة وتأمين نقل ناتج اعدام الطيور المصابة الى المدافن الصحية. وتفيد المؤشرات الاولية بأن الاصابة بمرض انفلونزا الطيور في مصر اقل بكثير من الدول الاخرى المحاورة ولاتزيد عن 30'' وان الامان الحيوي لا يطبق الا على 40'' من المزارع في مصر وان عدد البؤر التي ظهرت في فصل الشتاء الحالي 50 بؤرة في 7 مزارع.
