    In a related context, the ministry pointed out to take all measures in regard to the readiness for the month of Ramadan to intensify the control of markets, as well as the high capacity of the farms, as the annual output of poultry exceeds 2.2 million birds per day with the month of Ramadan, unlike rural production, 20 to 25% of the value of annual production, adding that poultry is one of the main meals on the dining table, and that the Egyptian poultry production of one billion and 200 thousand birds annually.
    The ministry also denied the reports of corruption of the active substance of vaccines and vaccines used to vaccinate poultry from viruses, stressing that it is absolutely not valid to use rotten vaccines to vaccinate poultry from viruses, stressing the health and safety of all vaccines - whether local or imported - used for immunization Poultry, and subject to censorship and examination by the relevant authorities in the state, and that all that is raised in this regard rumors tend to spread the confusion and anger of citizens.
    In this context, the ministry indicated that it is seeking to achieve self-sufficiency in veterinary vaccines, so it has established the largest factory specialized in the production of veterinary vaccines using tissue culture cells and the technology of brewers, noting that 80% of the production capacity of the factory is for export. VDM vaccine, as well as the production of other veterinary vaccines, such as PPR, nodal skin, sheep pox and others
