I could be confused, but hasn't the 91st case since died?

I think the problem is in the report issued by emohp they may need to adjust the data they publish by either adding case number 105. or they can remove a person from the listed total cases of recovery by adjusting down from 56 to 55.then add it to the death total 30 would go to 31 which would then equal the four cases reported by the emohp. this would not effect the total case count of 104.

and it would trigger the who to report the fourth death during the next update.

Or issue a statement retracting the public information released for the death of case number 91.This would be unlikely as the emohp has reported the fatalitie.

the Saidr org is furnished the information directly by the emohp.they also confirm the information again prior to making it publicly available.
