Egypt takes out 10 billion dollar loan to fight bird flu - strain not mentioned - August 26, 2018

President [redacted] issued Decree No. 443 of 2017 on the approval of a loan agreement between the Egyptian government and the Islamic Development Bank to contribute to the additional funding for the bird flu project signed on May 18, 2015, with the approval of the Council of Ministers and the Council of Representatives.Under the agreement published in the official gazette, the bank grants a loan to the Egyptian government worth 10 million US dollars.
