أوصت الندوة الدولية الثانية عن أنفلونزا الطيور بضرورة التنسيق بين الباحثين بكليات الطب البيطري بالجامعات المصرية ومعاهد البحوث للمشاركة في برامج الاستقصاء والترصد للفيروس في مصر للوقوف علي الوضع الحقيقي للمرض حيث ان غياب برنامج التعويض للمتضررين من الاصابات يؤدي إلي عدم ابلاغ المربين وعدم رصد هذه البؤر مع التصنيف الجزيئي للمعزولات الفيروسية لرصد أي تحورات.
