A massive fire broke out at a poultry farm in the village of Maqar Khalil, part of the Al-Nasiriya local unit in Fayoum Governorate. The fire resulted in the death of all the poultry on the farm and caused significant material losses, but thankfully no human casualties.
Authorities received a report of the fire and dispatched Civil Protection forces to the scene. A number of fire trucks were deployed to control the blaze and prevent it from spreading to neighboring areas. Firefighters
managed to contain and extinguish the fire after intensive efforts. Initial reports indicate that the fire completely destroyed the farm's contents, leading to the death of a large number of poultry.
