Committee disclosed, shared between the ministries of health, education, education details of a plan against the spread of the swine flu epidemic in schools, which will be distributed, according to Dr. Reza rudihmintz, Assistant Minister of Education, at all educational directorates in the governorates.
Predicted Dr. Amr Kandil, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, through the Commission's meeting yesterday, the high incidence of HIV infection from 20 per day currently, to 50 cases per day with the beginning of autumn, which coincides with the start of the study, and up to 100 casualties per day during the winter.
The Plan of the confrontation that the health service to school ?isolate? situation, which is detected as being infected in a room devoted to the isolation of the school, and then presented to the school doctor for evaluation and, if the situation ?simple? to be given treatment and sent home.

The plan referred to the need to answer the questions parents and provide answers ?right? to them, and follow-up rates of school absenteeism, and to assign students clean the school premises under the supervision of leading the chapter, to appoint the school superintendent in charge with a number of school staff are trained on cleaning day.
They pointed out that the school will be closed from two weeks to 4 weeks when there are several cases in many chapters, or if the epidemic has spread to the neighboring school, or be deployed in the incidence of the second period, while the closing of the schools in full if it is spread in one schools.
The plan to close all schools in the state of development of the epidemic and its spread throughout the country, and the decision as indicators of national risk factor (the number of cases and increase the proportion of deaths and severity of the disease), illustrating that the reopening of the school or be at several schools to make sure the low rate of the epidemic in the region surrounding them.
The plan identified 15 actions to be implemented by the school at the spread of the disease, including the exchange study 3 days a week, and study periods to reduce the size of classes, and visual inspection of pupils and teachers a day, and the granting of compulsory licenses for cases suspected to be infected, raising the awareness of all staff and students with the disease.
The plan emphasized the need for note ratios absenteeism among students and find out why, and focus on hygiene and good ventilation, provision of water and soap in schools, and a ?coordinator contact? is responsible for implementation of preventive measures, and to inform schools on a regular basis for the discovery of any suspected cases of injury.

توقع الدكتور عمرو قنديل، وكيل وزارة الصحة، خلال اجتماع اللجنة أمس، ارتفاع معدل الإصابة بالفيروس من ٢٠ إصابة يومياً حالياً، إلى ٥٠ إصابة يومياً مع بداية فصل الخريف الذى يتزامن مع بدء الدراسة، وقد يصل إلى ١٠٠ إصابة يومياً خلال فصل الشتاء.

ونصت خطة المواجهة على أن تقوم الدائرة الصحية بالمدرسة بـ?عزل? الحالة التى يتم اكتشاف إصابتها بالفيروس فى غرفة مخصصة للعزل بالمدرسة، ثم عرضها على طبيب المدرسة لتقييمها، وإذا ما كانت الحالة ?بسيطة? يتم إعطاء العلاج لها وإعادتها إلى البيت.

وأشارت الخطة إلى ضرورة الإجابة عن استفسارات أولياء الأمور، وتقديم الإجابات ?الصحيحة? لهم، ومتابعة نسب الغياب بالمدرسة، وتكليف التلاميذ بتنظيف أماكن الدراسة تحت إشراف رائد الفصل، على أن يعين ناظر المدرسة مسؤولاً مع عدد من عمال المدرسة يتم تدريبهم على أعمال النظافة اليومية.

ولفتت إلى أنه سيتم إغلاق المدرسة من أسبوعين إلى ٤ أسابيع عند وجود عدة حالات إصابة فى العديد من الفصول بها، أو إذا انتشر الوباء بالمدرسة المجاورة لها، أو أن تكون حالات الإصابة انتشرت فى الفترة الثانية بها، بينما يتم إغلاق مجمع المدارس بالكامل إذا انتشر بإحدى مدارسه.

وأكدت الخطة إغلاق جميع المدارس فى حالة تطور الوباء وانتشاره على مستوى الجمهورية، ويكون القرار حسب مؤشرات معامل الخطورة القومى (تضاعف عدد الحالات وزيادة نسبة الوفيات وشدة المرض)، موضحة أن إعادة فتح المدرسة أو عدة مدارس يكون عند التأكد من انخفاض معدل الوباء فى المنطقة المحيطة بها.
