    The grandfather of the children: "At the time seemed natural death as a result of the suffering since birth of bleeding, and no one questioned the matter and we have completed the burial procedures and we wanted to spend God Almighty."

    He pointed out that the second death was only three days after her brother Talat, three and a half years old, and according to his mother said that he told her that he felt stomach cramps and asked him to sleep until his father comes to go to the hospital, and when trying to wake him surprised him bleeding from his nose She went to the central Quesna hospital but died.

    The grandfather of the children explained that the third death was for his granddaughter Haneen, the first day of Eid al-Adha, age 4 and a half.

    He said, "Last Friday we prayed Eid and went to the father's house. It was a perfectly normal nostalgia. I returned to my house and was surprised when my son woke me at 5:00 pm, telling me that Haneen had died. She went to the central Quesna hospital to catch up with them. My granddaughter remained in the recovery room for about 45 minutes until The responsible doctor came out to tell them that she had died. "

    Najaf Faraj Juma, 27, was struck by a nervous shock following the death of her children and lost her speech. She was summoned and detained on behalf of her and their father for questioning.

    The Assistant Minister of Health of the village, accompanied by teams of follow-up to take samples of water and parents of children, eating and birds.

    The Assistant Minister said preventive measures would be followed and samples would be taken for analysis and events could not be foreseen.

    Their fourth brother, Ramzi, 7, was detained at the University Hospital in Shebin El Koum and underwent tests on him, as well as his cousin who lives in the same house. Dr. Hana Sorour, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, ordered him to go to the Poison Center at Menoufia University. Work the rest of the tests.

    And ordered the transfer of the doctor of the unit of Kafr Beni Gharian Qweisna center to the unit Shubra off, for not being quick to report the incident immediately in the Directorate, and to refer him to investigate the legal affairs for transmission to the Administrative Prosecution.

    Sorour confirmed that the situation would be monitored after the results were received.

      The Ministry of Health and Population announced the formation of a committee to take all preventive measures for the house, family and contacts, after the death of 3 family members in the village of Bani Gharian, Qweisna, Menoufia Governorate .

      Dr. Alaa Eid, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Preventive Affairs, said in a statement today that a communication was received from the Directorate of Health Affairs in Menoufia that there were three deaths of children from one family, including close periods.

      Immediately, a committee headed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health Health facilities in Menoufia governorate last Sunday, 3 September.
      Eid added that the committee started its work by holding a meeting with the Governor of Menoufia, and then visited the children's home accompanied by the Director of the Directorate of Health Affairs in Menoufia and a team from the Directorate. He pointed out that the committee has drawn human samples from the children's children (blood and urine) Samples of food, water and insect surveillance were withdrawn.
